No bad quality, wet, smelly or ripped items, duvets, pillows, heavy curtains, towels, school or work uniforms, or no items contaminated with animal hair. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse unsuitable items.

What are your hours of operation?
We’re open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (By Appointment Only)
We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
Do you check the items before accepting them?
Yes. We do check items brought to us to ensure they are of good quality. Items need to be free of holes, stains and other defects that would make others not want to purchase them. We reserve the right to refuse any items that we deem are unsuitable. Please do not take offence if your items are rejected – it simply means we don’t have the proper outlet for them at this time.
Do all the items have to be clean before bringing them in?
Yes. All clothing must be washed or cleaned prior to being sorted. You don’t need to iron clothing but fold it neatly before bagging to make the sorting process easier and faster.
What type of clothing do you accept?
We buy all types of used clothing as long as it is in good, wearable condition. We also accept toys, handbags, coats, suits and baby clothing. We do not accept torn or stained clothing, uniforms, undergarments, single shoes, pillows, bedding. For the complete list of items we buy and important details, please visit the "what we buy page".
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for over 10 years. During that time, we have helped countless numbers of schools, churches, individuals and businesses by offering an alternative to binning unwanted clothing. Sellers get the benefit of a cash payment for their clothing while buyers enjoy a much higher quality of clothing than would typically be found in donation-based resale stores.
How do you weigh the clothes?
We weigh the clothes using an extremely accurate, professional digital scale. We do not use any type of mechanic pull-type, spring or balance scale.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount of clothing I can bring at one time?
No. As long as the items are clean, dry and in salable condition, you can bring as little or as much clothing as you would like. The more items you bring in, the more money you can make.
Can you pick my items up from my location?
Not at this time, due to Covid19. Otherwise Yes, we can. If you are selling more than 200 kg of clothing total, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us form. We will work with you to arrange a collection time and date that fits your schedule.
